The Board of Directors recognizes the exceptional accomplishments of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Each year during the annual conference, a Subsidiary and a Pacific Star is awarded for excellence and best performance in promoting the objectives of the company.
The Best SBU of the Year Award
This is a Pacific Group yearly award recognizing the best performing SBU.
The award is a rotational trophy retained for one year and passed on to the next year’s best performing SBU. The SBU winning the trophy for three years in a row, retains the trophy.
Pacific Star Award
This is a Pacific Group yearly award recognizing the best performing Line Manager or Department Head per Department across the Group.
The winner is awarded for consistently scoring 100% or more on their Balance Score Card for all the four quarters of the year.
